Japanese style of pour-over coffee

Our pour over technique follows certain conditions:
1. We only use freshly roasted coffee beans ( this is the special blend we made from 2 origins of arabica coffee)
2.We try not to pour over the paper
3. We don’t mix the coffee. with patience,
4.We just let the hot water react with our bean.
5. We just relax and enjoy the coffee blooming perfectly and beautifully to yield a clean and wonderful coffee flavor. Have fun!
